Nigel provided a quote then and there over the phone and was able to come out within a few hours ( prior bookings come first of course :) ) Nigel let me know when he was roughly 45 minutes away and was very thorough with locating the blockage, jet blasting it out and ensuring my kitchen sink would be 100% useable again. He also gave some good information re: Plumbing and was very kind and courteous. Will definitely be saving Nigel's number for any ongoing plumbing work needed. Thanks again Nigel.

I required a replacement gas hot water service & just by chance a plumber happened to be at my next doors neighbours place cleaning a blocked drain. I met Nigel (plumber) & he offered to have a look at my problem. Nigel, unassuming, honest  & so friendly outlined my options. The next day I received a quote from him & gave him the go ahead to replace the unit at a very reasonable price. An instantaneous gas heater was installed.
